Granny's Macaroni Salad

Granny's Macaroni Salad
1 lb elbow macaroni
2 cups mayonnaise
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar (regular or cider)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 green pepper, chopped fine
6 grated carrots
1 onion, chopped fine
Boil, drain and cool macaroni. Mix with all other ingredients. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
(Best if refrigerated overnight so flavors can be absorbed!!!)
