Mississippi Irish Stew

Mississippi Irish Stew
2 lb. cubed meat
2 lg. potatoes, sliced
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (17 oz.) can English peas
3 med. carrots, sliced thin
2 green peppers, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. butter
Brown beef cubes in butter, salt and pepper. Layer vegetables in crock pot then meat. Cook 3 or 4 hours on low.
