Crock-Pot Salsa Chicken
4 chicken breast
1 cup salsa
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream
Put chicken, salsa, taco seasoning, and soup in crock pot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove from crockpot and break up chicken. Stir in sour cream. Serve over rice.
